I design products, processes, services, events, campaigns and environments by focusing on human experience. My two diverse educations, design and behavioral science, paired together, is what makes my process and work unique, effective and sustainable.
20 years in 200 words
A brief recap of the fortunate situations I’ve found myself in, collectively known as, my career. After I learned the power of direct response campaigns with some of the worlds largest financial companies, but before I started an experimental marketing team at Yahoo!, I was a founding member of Digitas’ ground breaking, interactive advertising team. After the last five years of building my award winning agency, Manifold, with my genius colleagues from Yahoo!, it’s hard to believe this all started in 1997 with Joe Camel Ads and Disney TV spots. The straight reality is, I’ve always found myself on the edge of the next marketing trend, tool, reinvention and evolution. I’ve worked in every new medium as it was breaking . I've helped some of the worlds most renown brands make lifetime customers, advocates and friends. Now, I am using all that experience, and my “accidental” cognitive psychology education, to help brands make sense of this incredibly noisy world of white hot platforms, influential You Tubers, sharable everything, immediate response rates and tried and true media. First things first, the 3 month campaign is now 3 years. Minimum.
